Managing and Customizing Automated Resident Communication

The Luxer One system uses automated email and text notifications to remind residents about their packages. These reminders are a critical tool for encouraging timely package pickups, which helps to keep the lockers available for new deliveries and reduces the workload on property staff. This guide will show you how to manage the timing and content of these notifications to ensure effective communication with the residents.
Admin
Resident Reminder Notifications
Locate the property in Admin.
Select the "Lockers" tab at the top, and confirm if the property has lockers or a package room.
For Locker Systems:
Click "Edit" on the property page and confirm if "Return to Sender" is checked.
If enabled, go back and select the "Reminders" tab, then click "Add" and use the 7-day RTS Locker Reminders.
If disabled, go back and select the "Reminders" tab, then click "Add" and use No RTS Locker Reminders for up to 10 days.
For Package Rooms:
Select the "Reminders" tab at the top.
Click "Add" and use the Default Room Reminders.
After making your selections, click "Save".
To adjust or remove a notification later. Locate the property in Admin, select the “Reminders” tab at the top, and select the wrench icon next to it. You can now edit or delete the notification in 24-hour increments.
