The "Add Recipient" Feature: A Guide to Enable/Disable

Introduction

The “Add Recipient” feature allows carriers to deliver packages to residents not yet in the system by manually entering their information on the iPad.  The package will be assigned to the “House Account.”  When disabled, carriers can only deliver to pre-existing resident accounts.  This setting is managed in admin.
