Introduction
The process for managing a property's visibility on the Luxer One website. The primary goal is to ensure that properties are only searchable by residents when the system isn’t set up with resident integration.

Step-By-Step
Locate the property in Admin and select "Edit."
To enable search: Check the box for "Show in search."
To disable search: Uncheck the box for "Show in search."
After enabling, check the "Geolocation" section to confirm the property's address is listed.
If the address is not listed, select "Add New Address" and enter the property's address.
If a property reports residents cannot find the address even though it's listed, re-enter the address by selecting "Add New Address," and then delete the original geolocation entry.

The Show in search feature should only be enabled for properties that do not have resident integration set up.
If both are active, it can create duplicate accounts if a resident signs up with an email address different from what is in the property's management software. When this feature is enabled, the property staff will receive a notification and must manually approve or deny the resident's access.
