How to Mark a Locker(s) In or Out of Service

Introduction

In certain situations, it will be necessary to mark a locker or set of lockers In or Out of Service, due to technical issues or special property request. This document will outline how property staff can complete this and how it can be done by our Support teams.

Step-By-Step

Property Manager Changing Locker Status (Building Manager)

** These instructions can be followed internally OR by a property manager with access to their House Account login in Building Manager **

Marking Out Of Service:

  1. Navigate to the “Lockers” or “Room” tab on the Location’s Building Manager portal

  2. Click on Put Out Of Service

  3. Select appropriate option from the 'Select a out of service reason' dropdown

  4. Click on CONFIRM

Marking In Service:

  1. Navigate to the “Lockers” or “Room” tab on the Location’s Building Manager portal

  2. Click on Put Back In Service

Changing Locker Status (Admin)

  1. Go to Admin

  2. Click on Locations

  3. Search by Property Name or Location ID

  4. Select the Location

  5. Click on Lockers

  6. Toggle the In Service checkbox for the locker in question

  7. Click on Resync Firebase

  • Notate in the Internal Notes field in Admin AND in the Desk ticket which lockers have been marked Out of Service and why.
