Setting/Managing Retail Hours
Setting, adjusting, or removing Retail Hours from a location
This document will cover how to enable, adjust, and remove Retail Hours from a location. Retail Hours enable the iPad screens at a property to only be functional during certain times of the day to restrict access to the lockers/room during other times, if requested by the property.
Admin
Go to Admin
Click on Locations
Search by Property Name or Location ID
Select the location
Click on Edit
Click on Retail
Click on Add
Select a starting time
Select an ending time
Check all the days that those hours apply to
Click on Add
Select a starting time for the second set
Select an ending time for the second set
Check all the days that these hours apply to
In the Out Of Service Message box, type in a notice that will appear on the screen outside of the selected operating hours
Click on Save
Click on Resync Firebase
Click on Locations
Search by Property Name or Location ID
Select the Location
Click on Edit
Click on Retail
Click on Remove next to the hours you want to remove (or all of them)
Update (or remove) the Out Of Service Message accordingly to match the new hours (or remove if the hours are being completely removed)
Click on Save
Click on Resync Firebase

Additional Education for Property Teams
The lockers/room can still be accessed via Bluetooth/Resident Mobile App for pickups outside of the Retail Hours set
Ensure the Out Of Service Message is descriptive and informs the user about when the operating hours are
Clear the messaging with the property staff
