How to Change a Carrier Access Code


Step-By-Step

1. In Admin, locate the property and select the "Carriers" tab at the top of the screen.

2. Find the carrier you want to update and select the wrench icon next to their name.

3. Click "Edit."

4. Change the "Carrier Access Code" using the following criteria:

  • The code must be 4 digits.

  • The code cannot have 4 repetitive digits (e.g., 1111, 2222).

  • The code cannot start with '0'.

  • Do not use numbers affiliated with the property (e.g., street number, zip code, unit numbers).

5. After entering the new code, click "Save."

6. Select Resync Firebase (located just below the Edit button).
