This procedure applies to all internal departments involved in the suspension process, including Customer Support and Accounting.

Introduction

This is a step-by-step process for a Senior Account Manager or Property Support Representative to suspend a Luxer One system due to an outstanding balance.

Step-By-Step

  1. In Admin, locate the property and go to the Edit screen.

  2. Change the Property Name by adding "Suspend" to the end of it and save.

  3. Select edit again and click the Retail tab. Under Business Hours, find the +Add button and enter the hours 02:00 - 03:00 for all days and save.

  4. Select Resync Firebase (located just below the Edit button).

  5. Locate the property in CRM. Check to see if there is a Territory Manager.  Go to the “suspend system” task. Add a note that says "Suspended". Tag the person who created the task, Marcey Johnson (Residential Support Manager and TM (if in TM Market) and close the task.
