The COI serves as official proof that the vendor has a valid and current insurance policy in place. This protects the company from significant financial and legal liability if something goes wrong.

Property requests COI
Create a ticket in Desk for the property using the email address provided by the requester
Reply to the email, adding accounting@luxerone.com, requesting the COI

Hold for 24 hours and follow up with accounting again if no response.
If accounting did respond, close the ticket with the issue types Accounting and COI
