Triggering Welcome Emails
Triggering Welcome Emails for a specific location
This document will cover how to trigger Welcome Emails to be sent to the residents of a specific location. There are a few different scenarios that might arise, including triggering all residents to receive a Welcome Email, resending Welcome Emails to all residents, and resending a Welcome Email to one specific resident.
Admin
Resend Welcome Email to Specific User
Go To Admin
Click on Locations
Search by Property Name or Location ID
Select the Location
Click on Send Welcome Email
Click on Send Welcome Email on the Pop-up
Go to Admin
Click on Locations
Search by Property Name or Location ID
Select the Location
Click on Send Welcome Email
Select Re-send Welcome Email in the Pop-up
Click on Send Welcome Email on the Pop-up
Go to Admin
Click on Locations
Search by Property Name or Location ID
Select the Location
Click on Users
Search for and select the User that needs the Welcome Email resent
Click on Messages
Click on the ID of the "Welcome to Luxer One" message

Additional Education for Property Teams
We can only “resend” a Welcome Email to one specific resident, we cannot select one specific resident to trigger an initial Welcome Email to.
Sometimes, an error message will pop up saying the integration is already configured to send welcome emails - in that case, it is necessary to go to the integration feed, uncheck “Send Welcome Email”, click “Save”, and then return to the Admin location and try again to click “Send Welcome Emails”
By clicking that button, the checkbox in the integration feed will automatically become rechecked
