Updating Recipient Status
This article only applies to locations that choose not to integrate their Luxer One and property management systems.
Need to add, edit, or remove a user? You can do this through Building Manager!
- Log into Building Manager at https://app.luxerone.com/manager/managers/login
- Navigate to the Recipients tab.
- Search for the resident whose account you would like to edit.
- Click on their name to open their user record.
- Select the new status from the drop-down list below their name.
- Click Update.
Status Options:
- No Longer Recipient - The resident has moved out and will no longer be able to receive packages
- Current Recipient - The resident can receive packages
- Pending - A user will be in this status if your property requires resident approval for online signups.
- Opted Out - The resident lives at the property, but has chosen to not receive packages through Luxer One.
- Archived - Old accounts will automatically be moved to Archived after a set amount of time by Luxer One.
