Updating Recipient Status

This article only applies to locations that choose not to integrate their Luxer One and property management systems.

Need to add, edit, or remove a user? You can do this through Building Manager!
  1. Log into Building Manager at https://app.luxerone.com/manager/managers/login
  2. Navigate to the Recipients tab.
  3. Search for the resident whose account you would like to edit.
  4. Click on their name to open their user record.
  5. Select the new status from the drop-down list below their name.
  6. Click Update.

Status Options:
  1. No Longer Recipient - The resident has moved out and will no longer be able to receive packages
  2. Current Recipient - The resident can receive packages
  3. Pending - A user will be in this status if your property requires resident approval for online signups.
  4. Opted Out - The resident lives at the property, but has chosen to not receive packages through Luxer One.
  5. Archived - Old accounts will automatically be moved to Archived after a set amount of time by Luxer One.
