Luxer One's Building Manager portal offers property staff a convenient method to oversee residents. This guide will outline the steps to deactivate a resident as an active Luxer One recipient in your community.
Step 2 - Navigate to the Recipients tab
Step 3 - Find the resident that needs to be removed under the Recipients list
Step 4 - Use the dropdown bar to update the status of your resident
Step 5 - Once you've changed your resident status, select 'Update' - and you're all set!
