How to place my account on hold
If you will be away from your residence for a while, you can place your account on hold. While your account is on hold, any packages delivered during this time will be automatically placed on hold until you return. 🛑
Note: Packages placed on hold are not subject to any incurred package fees.
How to place my account on a vacation hold:
- First, navigate to your Resident Portal and login.
Note: Use the email address you registered with or the one where you receive your notifications.
Note: You will need to set up a password here if you haven't yet created one. - Go to your Settings tab,
- Scroll towards the bottom of the page, where you will see the My Preferences section.
- Enter the date your vacation will begin, and when you will return.
- Once you've entered the dates you plan to be away, be sure to select 'Update' - and you're all set!
