How to place my account on hold


If you will be away from your residence for a while, you can place your account on hold. While your account is on hold, any packages delivered during this time will be automatically placed on hold until you return. ðŸ›‘

Note: Packages placed on hold are not subject to any incurred package fees.

How to place my account on a vacation hold:

  1. First, navigate to your Resident Portal and login.
    Note: Use the email address you registered with or the one where you receive your notifications.
    Note: You will need to set up a password here if you haven't yet created one.
  2. Go to your Settings tab,


  3. Scroll towards the bottom of the page, where you will see the My Preferences section.

  4. Enter the date your vacation will begin, and when you will return.
  5. Once you've entered the dates you plan to be away, be sure to select 'Update' - and you're all set!
