How to reset your password

If you're unable to access your Luxer One account, don't worry - we got you! 😉

You may find yourself looking at this error message when trying to log in to your Luxer One account:


Here's how to reset your password:

  1. Click 'Forgot password?'
    1. Once you've found the appropriate link, click on it. This action will redirect you to the password reset page.


  2. Enter your email address
    1. On the password reset page, you'll be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account. Make sure to use the email address that you used during the initial account setup.

  1. Check your email inbox
    1. After submitting your email address, check your inbox. You should receive an email from the platform with instructions on how to reset your password. Be sure to also check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email in your main inbox.
  2. Set a new password
    1. Once you've clicked the link, you'll be directed to a page where you can create a new password. Choose a strong and secure password that combines letters, numbers, and special characters. Remember to follow any specific password requirements provided by the platform.

What are Luxer One's Password Guidelines? 

  1. Password needs to be at least 8 characters (no more than 64 characters)
  2. Must have at least one lower and one upper case character
  3. Password needs at least one symbol ($, !, @, _, *, etc.)
  4. Password must include one number or more.
