How to change your Luxer One account email


You can update your account email with a few steps. ✅ 

⚠️ Please keep in mind, that only new emails will be accepted. If the email is associated with an existing account you'll need to contact Luxer One support to help reassign your account. 

How to change your email:

  1. First, you will need to set up a password here if you haven't yet created one.
  2. Once you have a password in place you will want to visit your Settings and scroll down to My Information.


  3. Then add your new email to the email address field and confirm your password.


  4. Scroll towards the bottom of the page and select 'Update'


  5. Once updated, you should be all set to log in with your new email. 🎉
