Using the correct combination code, open the combination lock on the same bank as the one with the iPad by twisting and pulling off the panel.
Lift up on the red lever behind the panel to open all of the lockers. Close all of them except for the locker containing the iPad screen.
Locate the black box labeled "Netgear” in the locker where the iPad screen was.
Unplug the black power cable near the power button on the backside of the Netgear router. The lights on the front of the Netgear router should turn off.
Wait 10-20 seconds and then replug the cable back in to turn the router back on.
Wait 3-5 minutes. When the lights are all on, check for 3 green lights from the top. If the lights are all green, try to open the lockers again.
Test to see if the lockers are opening by accessing the manager interface on the iPad.
Open the access panel closest to the screen locker using the panel keys.
Manually open the locker by locating a brass box next to the screen (iPad) panel. On this box will be two prongs, gently pull them towards you.
Locate the black box labeled "Netgear” in the locker where the screen was.
Unplug the black power cable near the power button on the backside of the Netgear router. The lights on the front of the Netgear router should turn off.
Wait 10-20 seconds and then replug the cable back in to turn the router back on.
Wait 2-3 minutes. When the lights are all on, check for 3 green lights from the top. If the lights are all green, test the lockers for functionality.
Test to see if the lockers are opening by accessing the manager interface on the iPad.
Use the iPad enclosure key to open the iPad enclosure.
Remove the iPad from the case.
Locate the 4 screws that secure the enclosure to the case and remove the screws.
Remove the enclosure from the case.
Locate the colored transparent control board within the case.
Locate the black power cable on the control board, remove the cable, and wait 10-15 seconds.
Replug the power cable and wait 2 minutes. Lock the iPad in the enclosure.
Log into the manager interface using the 8 digit manager code and click on “Resync”.
Test the package room for functionality.
Use the junction box enclosure key to open the junction box.
Locate the black box labeled "Netgear” inside the junction box.
Unplug the black power cable near the power button on the backside of the Netgear router. The lights on the front of the Netgear router should turn off.
Wait 10-20 seconds and then replug the cable back in to turn the router back on.
Wait 2-3 minutes. When the lights are all on, check for 3 green lights from the top. If the lights are all green, open the iPad using the iPad enclosure key.
Remove the iPad and hold down both the power button and the home button on the iPad until the Apple logo appears.
Wait 1-2 minutes for the iPad to reboot.
Log into the manager interface using the 8 digit manager code and click on “Resync”.
Test the package room for functionality.
Use the iPad enclosure key to open the iPad enclosure.
Remove the iPad from the case.
Locate the black box labeled "Netgear” inside the junction box.
Unplug the black power cable near the power button on the backside of the Netgear router. The lights on the front of the Netgear router should turn off.
Wait 10-20 seconds and then replug the cable back in to turn the router back on.
Wait 2-3 minutes. When the lights are all on, check for 3 green lights from the top. If the lights are all green, open the iPad using the iPad enclosure key.
Log into the manager interface using the 8 digit manager code and click on “Resync”.
