Placing Packages and Accounts on Hold
Luxer One understands that you cannot always pick up your packages when they are delivered. In order to help you with this situation, we offer two ways to hold your packages and make sure they are not returned to the sender.
Note - Package and vacation holds vary by property, and some have limitations. These limitations will be enforced when you place your packages or account on hold in the Resident Portal.
Your package has already been delivered.
If you have a package that has already been delivered to the lockers or room, and you will not be able to pick it up within a few days, you can place that individual package on hold.
- Navigate to app.luxerone.com/login
- Log into your account. Use the email address you registered with or the one where you receive your notifications.
- If you have forgotten, or never setup, your password, simply use the "Forgot Password?" link.
- On the "Orders" tab, you will see a list of all your previous deliveries. Any deliveries that have not been picked up yet will provide a drop-down menu in the Actions column. In this menu, you will see the Hold Package option.

- Once you select Hold Package, you will be prompted to enter the date you would like the pacakge held until
- If there are any limitations on hold durations, you will be notified on this screen.
- You can extend a hold as many times as you like.
Placing an Account on Vacation Hold
If you will be away from your apartment for a while, you can place your whole account on hold.
- Navigate to app.luxerone.com/login
- Log into your account. Use the email address you registered with or the one where you receive your notifications.
- If you have forgotten, or never setup, your password, simply use the "Forgot Password?" link.
- Go to the Settings tab
- Scroll to the bottom, where you will see the "My Preferences" section.

- Enter the date your vacation will begin, and when you will return. Any packages delivered during this time will be automatically placed on hold until you return.
