How to create a carrier access code
If there's a new carrier serving your building, you can generate a distinct carrier access code for them.
How to create a carrier access code:
- Go to your Carriers tab.
- Navigate through the dropdown menu under the 'Add a carrier' section to select the desired carrier company you wish to add.
- Generate a 4-digit access code, then click on 'Add Carrier' to complete the process.
Note: Your password must meet the following requirements
- Must be 4 digits
- Cannot be 4 repetitive digits
- Cannot start with '0'
- Do not use numbers affiliated with the property (i.e. street number, zip code, etc) - Once you've successfully created your new access code be sure to select 'Add Carrier' - and you're all set!
