How to change your carrier access codes

If you need to update an access code for any of your carriers, you can manage those changes through your Building Manager portal.

How to create a carrier access code:

  1. First, navigate to your Building Manager portal.
  2. Go to your Carriers tab.


  3. Choose the carrier from your list and select it to change its access code. 


  4. Generate a new 4-digit access code, then click on 'Update' to complete the process.

    Note: Your password must meet the following requirements
    - Must be 4 digits
    - Cannot be 4 repetitive digits
    - Cannot start with '0'
    - Do not use numbers affiliated with the property (i.e. street number, zip code, etc)
  5. After updating the access code, make sure to distribute it to your carriers, and you're good to go!
