How to add a unit number

If there's a unit number that needs to be added to your list of available units, you can add them manually using Building Manager. 

How to add a unit number:

  1. First, navigate to your Building Manager portal.
  2. Go to your Recipients tab.


  3. Navigate through the options under the 'Add New Recipient' section and locate 'Unit'. 
  4. Enter the unit number that is missing from your unit list and select 'Add New Unit'



  5. A new menu titled 'Add Apartment Unit' will appear directly beneath the 'Add New Recipient' menu.
  6. Enter your address and unit number.



  7. Once you've successfully added your address and unit number be sure to select 'Add Unit' - and you're all set!
