How to add a unit number
If there's a unit number that needs to be added to your list of available units, you can add them manually using Building Manager.
How to add a unit number:
- Go to your Recipients tab.
- Navigate through the options under the 'Add New Recipient' section and locate 'Unit'.
- Enter the unit number that is missing from your unit list and select 'Add New Unit'
- A new menu titled 'Add Apartment Unit' will appear directly beneath the 'Add New Recipient' menu.
- Enter your address and unit number.
- Once you've successfully added your address and unit number be sure to select 'Add Unit' - and you're all set!
