Approving New Residents

Approving New Residents

Most properties have their resident management systems integrated with their Luxer One system, making it easy for residents to automatically receive a Luxer One account.  However, some properties do not use integration and have their residents sign-up online at https://app.luxerone.com/register

Residents created through a system integration will not need to be approved.

When you have your residents sign-up online, you will need to approve their registrations.  This allows you to control who has access to packages and to keep your package system as secure as possible.

Approving Residents

Once a resident signs up online, you will see a yellow notification in the menu bar in your Building Manager account with the name, "Recipients Pending Approval".

You will see the recipient's name, address, and Unit number on the screen below (the screenshot has the areas greyed out).  We recommend verifying these recipients with your rental rolls to make sure they are actual residents at your property.

Click this link, and you will be taken to the Recipients tab.
In the upper right of the Recipients tab you will see a section where you can Approve or Deny each resident.

Once approved, a resident will be able to receive deliveries in the system.
